Library Card Application

New Brunswick residents older than 13 years can use this form to request an NBFPL library card! Children 12 years and under must apply in the library with their parent / guardian. Teachers signing up their students for library cards can print, cut out, and fill in bilingual paper applications. They are accepted at the circulation department.

After submitting your online library card application, a library staff member will contact you and confirm your information to create your account. All library cards will be mailed to the address submitted on the form.

Residentes de New Brunswick mayores de 13 años pueden completar este formulario para solicitar una tarjeta de la biblioteca de New Brunswick. Los niños menores de 12 años deben presentarse en la biblioteca con su padre / cuidador. Profesores pueden enscribir sus estudiantes con estos formularios.
